growing up i was fortunate to have an awesome grandfather who always told me to suck it up and endure the pain. Well I lived his advice out tonight. this week has been really crappy for me with only having really lifted today with a 7 day break between today and the last time i lifted not to mention my weight is down to 175( was 183) so my strength was not entirely there tonight but i endured the back pain and in the end vaulted though the workout.
Squat:
My back has been getting better but my diet has been crappy because i have felt like such a useless human being this week. I missed my first set after 2 reps when my back cramped up again, but i wans not about to call it quits. the last 2 sets i blew through fortunately.

Press: I talked my boss into giving me one of the light wooden poles we have in the personal training room at the gym at school. So now I will be able to properly blow through my bench and presses thankfully without any pain. today was solid the only thing i need to continue to work on is just exploding my head though and not allowing the bar to bow out in front of my face.
