kinda frustrated tiday and last week. last week has killed my progression and i also lost 7 pounds as well.
squat:
the weight just felt extra heavy today.

bench:
shoulder problems again….just couldn’t put it up

been a while since i’ve done these so i wasn’t expecting much but i didn’t get much either.

When I started my progression, I had to do only presses because bench was aggravating my right shoulder every single time I did it. I actually had stopped benching for about 5 weeks and all I did was pressing.
I don’t know if your are pain free doing presses but if you are, doing only presses for a little while could be an option. I started benching again about three weeks ago and have been able to make 5 lb jumps for a while and just recently switched over to 2.5 lb jumps. So it came back really quickly and this time without pain.

no both bother me a good bit and usually after the first workset i can power on through today it just wasn’t happening but ill keep that in mind if it gets any worse.
