well not lifting for 2 weeks is going to be tough…the past 5 days has been rough. I feel confident though that after i get back in the game i’m going to make some substantial gains. at least I hope so. as of now im going to post what my goals are for the Georgia southern show of strength.
squat: 450
bench: 285
dead lift 475
i’m hoping this is a reasonable outlook on what i will accomplish.
