still goin

ok guys well the shoulder still isn’t feeling much better at all..i have spring break here in 2 weeks so i will be goin to the doctor when i get back home but for now i’m just doing alot of stretching and bodyweight stuff.

my plan for when I get back in the game is as follows…..

I am going to work back up to where I was before I got hurt(360 on 3×5 squat) from there I will be switching to a varied intermediate program since around the time i got hurt i was obviously taking longer to recover and ended up pushing myself to hard. it will look something like this:

Monday: squat 5×5 bench 4×3

Wed: Dead 1×5, Press 3×5/5×3,Squat 5×3(60% of Monday’s weight)

Friday: Squat: 3×3 bench 5×5

Saturday: Powercleans 5×3(light weight/cardio secession)
